I have been trying for nearly a month to get them to come out and repair my hot tub. I have been told , " No problem we will be out there sometime this week" to no avail.. Would not recommend trying to get them to service your hot tub or pool. UPDATE.. Once the gentleman did finally come out he was very thorough in his diagnosis and had my hot tub fixed within an hour. Very polite courteous gentleman. Would recommend using him if your patient enough to wait for his services.- mitch gilbert. 9/17/2018
