We maintain the largest in-stock selection of electrical, mechanical, and piping parts in Northwest Indiana. This includes all common pool and spa motor bearings and pump impellers and seals, as well as controller parts and sensors. This allows us to expedite repairs, especially in cases of freezing weather or in preparation for family gatherings, home inspections or expedited home sales. We have recently expanded our capabilities through training and certification to service furnace and air conditioning systems.
We are one of the few services in the Chicago area who can repair, rather than just replace, pumps, motors, and circuit cards. When new major components are necessary, we offer significant discounts.
We troubleshoot using logic and top-of-the line equipment, not by simply replacing new parts for old.
For a number of hotels and health clubs in the area, we provide after-hours service at no additional charge, so that guests are not deprived of facility use during the maintenance or repair of equipment.
For those who are capable of repairing their own equipment, we offer over-the-counter sales of hard-to-find parts. As an example, we stock over twenty different sizes of O-rings eight types of pump seals, and over twenty five different pump impellers.
We have special drills and bits that allow us to drill out broken 1/2" diameter to 2" diameter PVC piping when necessary to save costly jet bodies or intricate piping assemblies.
We honor manufacturer warranties, and enhance them by including free labor for replacement of parts which fail during the warranty period.
For payment, Visa, Master Card. and Debit Cards are accepted in addition to checks or cash.

I have been trying for nearly a month to get them to come out and repair my hot tub. I have been told , " No problem we will be out there sometime this week" to no avail.. Would not recommend trying to get them to service your hot tub or pool. UPDATE.. Once the gentleman did finally come out he was very thorough in his diagnosis and had my hot tub fixed within an hour.
